On the upper part of the existing retirement village, a beautiful rocky area was zoned for single development houses. Domani Contractors approached us to design these two three bedroom houses on the rocks overlooking Bethlehem. Since it is retirement houses, they needed to be on one level. The traditional red facebrick, sandstone with corrugated iron were used in the design. Construction will start in 2019.
