A doctor was relocated to Welkom and wanted to renovate an existing suburban house. The brief was for a contemporary look and the first phase was just to see what the potential of the property was. In the album one can see the "before" and "after" studies. Some corten (rusted steel) and concrete were proposed to give an industrial feel to the design.
