Petria was asked to design the memorial courtyard for Oranje Meisieskool. The bronze panels, previously on the "Sondagskoolgebou" in Maitland street in Bloemfontein, were handed to the school and needed a new space to be displayed. This area is in a shaded courtyard and a memorial wall was added to this space.
