This house was designed for a quantity surveyor. The design is typical of the practices work in the sense that all living and sleeping units are facing away from the street towards the north while the service areas such as kitchen and bathrooms face south. This concept of served and service spaces is clearly in the three-dimensional expression. The southern service facade (street) became a canvas to play with geometries and artistic composition. The lap pool and living space is on the private northern side away from the street and parking.
